With over 10 years in the fitness industry

Crystal is a registered fitness instructor that has gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Beginners Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Strength X. She will provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body. Crystal is also a certified coach on the Versa Climber and Isophit-providing a unique perspective on high intensity-low impact workouts.

Weights and Poses will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mobility. Each workout will contain both yoga postures and weight lifting exercises to help you achieve your goal.
